Application

The rotational flow model can illustrate rotational flow inside a duct. As long as flow passes a central vane wheel symmetrically the vane wheel stands still. However if cross flow occurs not only axial forces but also rotary forces are put on the vane wheel causing it to turn.

The rotational flow model has already proven itself in teachings and is also a great support for our partners abroad when communicating with customers about rotational flow and its effects. Visualising flow also helps users with the construction of piping.
